Overview Seeking a seasoned claims leadership professional with a background in complex general liabliity claims involving risk transfer along with litigation. Experience with hospitality or real estate industry clients strongly preferred. How you'll make an impact You will do significant work in partnership with our Liability clients to consistently deliver superior customer service and own outcomes by effectively communicating and embracing new challenges to drive success. Identify the right resources, at the right time and in the right place. Think critically, solve problems, plan and prioritize activities. HOW WILL YOU AFFECT THE BUSINESS? - Lead claims supervisors and adjusters to provide high quality and efficient service. - Drive adjuster hiring and training to champion a culture of performance and continuous improvement. - Use Gallagher's technology to enhance your team's efficiency and quality. - Ensure appropriate licenses and/or certifications for employees. - Connect with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner. - Optimally manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities and position team members for successful development.
