The specific salary offered to an applicant will be based on their individual qualifications, experiences, and an analysis of the current compensation paid in their geography and the market for similar roles at the time of hire. Specialties: Commercial Loans and Lines of Credit, Asset-Based Financing, SBA Loans, and Specialized Financing, Real Estate Loans, Cash Management Services, International Services **JOB SUMMARY:** Assists the Manager of Branch Services in providing operational, control, and service delivery functions performed in assigned branch location in support of the Regions and Areas located in each office. Primary responsibility will be to provide coverage in various branch offices when Branch Service Manager is absent. Will also assist in the training of branch personnel. May assist in other Operations functions as time permits. **PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:** + Branch Coverage: Act as Branch Service Manager as necessary in various branches to cover absences or position vacancies. Ensure the provision of high-quality service to customers who contact branch offices, accurate transaction processing, and support of Relationship Managers within the branch location covered, consistent with the Branch Service Manager’s job description. + Training: Assist in the skills assessments and training of branch management and staff positions. May participate in classroom training or provide on-site training to staff within a branch location. Will particularly focus on training new Branch Service Managers. + Administrative Support: May provide analytical support to the Manager of Branch Services and other Operations Administration Managers as time permits. Assignments might include branch-related projects such as workflow analysis, staffing level justifications, and quarterly satisfaction surveys. + May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary. **POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:** **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience **Experience:** + Five plus years of progressive experience in Bank operations management. **Skills/ Qualifications:** + Demonstrated management and customer service skills. + Familiarity with all legal aspects of Bank operations and Human Resources. + Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. + Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communications skills are essential. + Thorough knowledge of Bank systems and processes. + Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other common software applications **EOE STATEMENT** We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
