Assistant Brand Manager (Part Time)

This is a part-time role needing someone within the hours of 8 am to 5pm from Tuesday through Thursday.

On Tuesdays and Wednesdays, this person will be required to work onsite and will work from home on Thursdays.

No flexibility on hours since someone will need to be available for a full 8-hour shift during these days. 24 hours total in a week.

Qualifications:

B2C, CPG industry experience in Brand Management; CPG or food experience preferred.

MBA or other master’s degree.

Proven track record of effectively leading cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Ability to communicate and influence various levels of the organization and across geographies.

Strategic and analytic capabilities; ability to utilize data and financials to support business strategy and decisions.

Experience managing creative and media agencies.

Description

The Assistant Brand Manager, Global Markets is responsible for development and implementation of brand growth strategies, brand portfolio processes, advertising and media plans, consumer learning, and product innovation on assigned brands across multiple international markets.

Job Responsibilities:

Leverage various internal and external sources of data to identify and evaluate key business opportunities for growth and recommend solutions.

Collaborate with colleagues across the world to drive the business and marketing plans.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects including, but not limited to, new product development, line extensions, packaging updates, and pricing strategy. Partner with regional business development teams and creative, media, and promotion agencies to develop marketing campaigns that build brand equity and drive sales; manage advertising and promotional budgets.

Partner with consumer insights and R&D to develop and execute needed consumer learning plans.

Coordinate the development and execution of yearly brand planning and portfolio development

Day to Day:

- Managing an assortment of brands, including base brand management and innovation.

- Interacting with US domestic brand teams to capitalize on their innovations and marketing activities.

- Utilizing Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.

- Presenting new projects to the leadership team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
