We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager within our Portfolio Strategy, and Performance team to help us sustainably grow our cereal business in Europe by shaping a strong portfolio for Kellanova’s Cereal category. The role will report into the Senior Brand Manager Portfolio Strategy and Performance and is a 12 month contract position.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Brand and Portfolio Strategy: Help shape the brand and portfolio strategic priorities, to inform marketing plans (portfolio choices, briefs for consumer experiences and innovations) and drive market commercial priorities. Support the definition and deployment of a category vision and growth story in collaboration with key market stakeholders. Marketing Initiatives: Support Consumer and Shopper and Innovation teams in developing European marketing initiatives, with specific focus on consumer promotions. Better Days Strategy (ESG): Help translating the company ESG commitment (Better Days Promise) into meaningful and actionable strategy and initiatives for the Kellanova’s Cereal portfolio Brand Performance: Support portfolio performance analysis across the different markets. Connect with key stakeholders (market partners and business analysts) to help understand performance drivers and business opportunities. Collaboration: Collaborate with the end-to-end team to ensure alignment with brand and portfolio strategy and priorities. Leverage market insights, collaboration, and information to shape the European strategy. Facilitate market engagement and proactive communication of the brand strategy and initiatives through regular brand connect and booth sessions
We’re Looking for Someone With:
Experience working within the FMCG industry in roles that required cross-functional and international exposure, portfolio management and/or strategy development, and local market capacity is advantageous. Passion for marketing and portfolio strategy, brand positioning, and business performance; excellent influencing, collaboration, and project management skills. Capacity to adapt quickly to change and prioritize key tasks. Previous experience working in a European environment is preferred.
