Position Overview: 

The Assistant Campaign Manager position is a key member of the team responsible for driving marketing growth in the HVAC division for on demand services including installations, repairs and tune ups. This position will support the HVAC marketing team and be responsible for the coordination and execution of all omni-channel marketing efforts including direct mail, web and email for their assigned local HVAC brands. Our local brands include HomeServe Heating and Cooling, UGI Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, PSEG Worry Free, South Jersey Energy Services Plus, and HomeSmart. They will work closely with multiple departments to ensure proper implementation of each campaign is achieved. In addition, the role will support the implementation of new growth marketing and strategy initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Work with creative team to develop marketing materials for each campaign Create collateral for HVAC Companies including signage, handouts, sell sheets, and field cards Ensure creatives meet with territory brand standards Develop understanding of business and operational processes Coordinate marketing plan with the Data and Production/Email Teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all campaign materials Act as a liaison between Marketing and HVAC Strategy, Telecom, Legal and General Manager teams to get projects defined, required approvals and campaigns executed Manage marketing timelines and schedules to provide weekly updates to the business via the weekly Ops Plan meetings Provide key mailing information to the Finance and Marketing Data teams to facilitate the creation of reports to monitor and track campaign performance Establish cross functional relationships to facilitate seamless execution and support HVAC marketing strategy

Job Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related area A minimum of 2 years of general marketing experience including direct mail and email  Computer literate Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Outlook. Experience utilizing Adobe Acrobat or other design editing tools Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy Superior organizational and planning skills Strong detail oriented and highly organized Proven ability to multi-task and successfully manage multiple, concurrent projects Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Salary Range: $65,643.00 to $87,524.00

Bonus Potential: 5%

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed, education, experience, travel requirements for the job, and/or other business and organizational needs.
