High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in pastryAbility to work varied schedule, including weekends and holidaysWHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT:
Knowledge of bakery equipment to include, but not limited to a slicing machine, mixers, VCR, and small wares equipmentKnowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulationsKnowledge of weights, measures and various baking and preparation techniquesStrong knowledge of American and European pastriesExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contactsProficient computer skillsTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:
