Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics._ **Responsibilities** As the Assistant Chief Operating Officer you will serve as direct report in the hospital to the Chief Operating Officer to achieve operational excellence by delivering high quality, cost-effective care and services. Oversee the operational responsibility for a group of businesses, special projects or initiatives. + Engage and assemble stakeholders to drive results focusing on revenue, services growth, expenses, margin-control and financial goal management. Attract, recruit and retain talent, cultivating engaged operators, leaders and support staff focused on operational efficient, high-quality care driving theconsumer experience. + Collaborate with executive leadership to execute business strategies that improve the overall performance metrics and financial performance. + Utilize data-driven approaches to allocate resources and elevate operational performance, Clinical Medical Information (CMI), staffing needs and benchmark data. + Foster a culture of appreciation, belongingness, inclusivity, diversity and equity to drive the associate experience. Develop professional communication and information for the hospital’s top operations leader. **Requirements** Education: + Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
