Job description Assistant Client Account Manager As a leader in retail construction, facility maintenance, and project management industry, we are a large company with its main office located in Smithtown, NY is currently seeking a responsible, eager, and experienced applicants for a Full-Time Assistant Client Account Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: + answering high volume of incoming calls + dispatching service requests to technicians and vendors + running reports and following up on all service requests + data entry processing purchase orders, etc.. + Applicants must have a strong background in customer service, computing skills (including Microsoft Office programs and tools), and be a dependable team-player.
