Your tasks at a glance       

You support the Centre Director in managing the clinic (operations, finance, and team) in an effort to provide high-quality services.You cooperate with the medical directors and clinic employees to ensure patient satisfaction and productivity.You complete different reports and administrative tasks.You understand and assume different technical positions as needed (customer service, operating room, etc.).

A clear view of your assets            

You have a keen interest in the medical field.You have experience in management / supervision (15+ employees) and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365 (knowledge of EMR systems is an asset). You stand out for your autonomy, leadership, sense of initiative and responsibility, and stress management.You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills. You are comfortable traveling to other clinics for training (expenses covered by Vision Group).Important: You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of French required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our French-speaking patients). Schedule: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday (8:00 am-4:30 pm), as well as Saturdays on rotation.
