The Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach is a valued member within the Dartmouth College Athletics and Recreation Department (DCARD) upholding and embracing the departments core values of being Tenacious, Collaborative and Passionate. The Assistant Coach reports to and carries out all responsibilities delegated by the Bobby Clark Head Coach of Men’s Soccer.

The Assistant Coach plays a critical role in achieving the overall goals of the men’s soccer program by providing important recommendations, suggestions and decisions regarding game strategies, line-ups, priority listing of recruits, etc. as well as offering initiative and independent judgment.

Bachelors plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong knowledge of men’s soccer skills and strategies. Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community. Strong organizational skills. Ability to recruit effectively with no athletic grants and highly selective admissions standards. Experience playing and/or coaching men’s soccer at the high school or collegiate level. Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population.
