Job Summary: Assists with planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day operations of coding/abstracting and auditing functions. Serves as liaison and coding resource for the organization. Ensures the timely and accurate completion of coding processes in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements:
Associate’s degree required. RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P or CPC certification. Three or more years’ coding and/or coding auditing experience for a healthcare entity. Management experience preferred.
