We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Collections Manager.

Principal responsibilities

Assist manager to lead a team of staff to manage delinquent accounts of the retail unsecured loan portfolios; to perform account maintenance and provide administration supportTake legal proceedings against debtors by instructing external legal firms; representing the Bank to attendcourt hearing and liaison with Official Receiver’s Office / Outside Trustee on bankruptcy related mattersFollow up and manage deceased, bankruptcy accounts and other accounts with court ordersConduct risk account review and propose mitigation actions through regular or ad hoc reviewAssist in the process of Supplier Risk Management and prepare statistical reports for management reviewHandle customer complaints and perform necessary investigation
