We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Collections Officer (Debt Collection).

Principal responsibilities

Handle debt collection cases and apply devised recovery strategies to maximize recovery, protect the Bank from potential losses, and improve profitabilityPerform daily operations on debt collection with external debt collection agenciesProvide administrative supports including invoice settlement, account maintenance and documents archive, etc.Assist in compiling MIS reports and performing UAT on system enhancement and developmentHandle customer complaint and branch enquiry on the debt collection matters
