Responsibilities The Assistant Commercial Interiors Superintendent will support field operations for the successful execution of one of our large scale, fast track projects with a commitment to quality and safe construction processes. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: Assist with day-to-day onsite field construction activities. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure project milestones are met. Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Monitor quality control and address any issues to maintain high construction standards. Maintain project documentation, including reports and progress updates. Communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Assist with the permit process, working with expeditors, DOB, MTA, and other regulatory agencies. Compensation $80,000 - $100,000 / year Annual performance based bonus Qualifications 1-4 years’ experience in complicated commercial building interiors. Experience should include retail, commercial and institutional with a high level of systems and finishes. Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred. Experienced with OSHA 30, and Procore, with proven success on $5M+ projects. A mature professional with excellent judgment and intuitive interpersonal skills. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills. A highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated and results-driven individual.
