**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Commercial Manager, you will be responsible in managing landlord relationships, ensuring financial compliance, and handling documentation for import and transfer of assets, particularly in the context of PEZA and BOI regulations. Key duties include maintaining landlord relations for timely invoice submissions, collaborating with finance to ensure lease payments, creating purchase orders, and having knowledge of PEZA and BOC guidelines.
Additionally, the role involves coordinating with customs agents and working with various teams on documentation and asset transfers.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Maintain relationships with landlords for timely submission of invoices.
+ Ensure lease payments are made per terms by collaborating with the Finance Team.
+ Create and manage Purchase Orders in the system.
+ Have an in-depth understanding of PEZA and BOC rules and guidelines.
+ Understand the transfer processes between PEZA and BOC.
+ Manage documentation requirements for various stages including PO authorization and customs clearance.
+ Coordinate documentation with customs clearing agents.
+ Work with finance and tax teams on PEZA and BOC guidelines.
+ Collaborate with multiple teams for the import and transfer of assets from different sites.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration preferred with 5 years of relevant experience in PEZA and BOC compliance and coordination.
+ Has strong landlord relationship management
+ Financial compliance is essential, particularly in making lease payments
+ Knowledge of PEZA and BOC regulations and documentation is important.
+ Effective coordination with customs and various internal teams to ensure smooth asset transfers in compliance with legal guidelines.
