Great opportunity! Homeside Properties, an Associa Company, is now hiring an Assistant Community Association Manager responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the lead Community Association Manager(s). The Assistant Community Manager is the liaison to the lead Community Manager(s) and interacts with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members.

This is a full-time, entry level, hourly paid position that comes with competitive compensation based on experience, a full benefits package including medical, vision and dental programs, insurance options, paid time off, a 401k option, and much more.

Compensation Range: $19/hr. to $21/hr. based on experience.

\n

Essential Job Functions:

\n\nAssist with the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with management agreement and the Association's policies and procedures.\nResponsible for maintaining online data base, including updating resident information.\nResponsible for violation letter processing, community gate access, and responding to phone and email communications as received.\nActs as liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.\nPerform administrative duties as requested by the Board of Directors or as directed by the community manager, and in accordance with the management agreement.\nPrepare board correspondence as directed by the community manager.\nMaintain files/data relating to the operations of the Association.\nAssist with architectural review process, and leasing program.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n Requirements

Qualifications:

\n\nKnowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations desirable.\nKnowledge of Community Association Management desirable. \nKnowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at an expert level.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.\nExpert proficiency of computer technology and software systems.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nProactive, detail focused and enjoys working independently and part of a team.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\nAssociates Degree Required; Bachelor's Degree Preferred\n0 - 3 years of Community Association experience\n
