Assistant Community Manager
Rate: $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*** We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 276-unit dual-site apartment communities in Pensacola, Florida! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements + At least two years of experience in on-site property management with one year as an Assistant Community Manager. + Strong bookkeeping and organization skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs. + Must be able to work every other Saturday with an alternative day off during the week.
