Assistant Controller Compensation and Benefits

Pay – $110,000 to $135,000 + 15% annual bonus Health, vision, dental, and life insurance you can select a plan that best suits your lifestyle and your family needs after only 30 days of employment! 401K- we will match 100% of what you contribute up to 4%. Assistant Controller Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, required CPA is required Strong knowledge of US GAAP Advance skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Preferred proficiency in Oracle ERP Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – 7+ years of relevant experience, and Big 4 accounting experience preferred.

Assistant Controller Responsibilities

Oversees accounting and reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and accounting policy development Responsible for accurate and timely month-end close accounting functions. Drives accounting related initiatives across the organization and with business leaders, vendors, and consultants Actively develops and mentors staff for succession planning and career growth Assists in adoption of new accounting standards including but not limited to researching standard, preparing written accounting policy for company, and preparing new disclosures Oversees and/or assists external audits (banking compliance, and financial)
