Description A well-established and highly successful Market Research company is currently looking to hire an Assistant Controller to join their team. Responsibilities of this position will include: • Utilizing accounting software to maintain accurate records and generate comprehensive financial reports • Preparing comprehensive financial statements to project financial status • Managing balance sheets and analyzing projected earnings and expense • Assisting the Controller in managing tasks across general accounting, auditing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and variance analysis • Reviewing bank reconciliations, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, accruals, equity analysis, lease obligations and administrative expenses • Assisting in preparation for audits and resolving any accounting discrepancies or imbalances • Overseeing and ensuring accurate financial information and initiating company-wide financial initiative • Ensuring compliance with government regulations and preparing relevant reports • Handling ad hoc projects as necessary For immediate consideration for this position please reach out to Ben.Turnbull@roberthalf.
