Summary: The Assistant Controller supports the Director of Accounting with the overall oversight of the accounting and finance functions. This person will work with other departments in assisting them with their accounting related needs. Job Duties: * As an Assistant Controller, you will assist CFO and Director of Accounting with year-end audit and financial statement preparation * Supervise General Ledger Accountants * Provide support and back up to the Director of Accounting * Perform accounting and reconciliation of accounts on a monthly basis * Assistant Controller will oversee weekly accounts payable payment processing * Oversee Accounts Receivable and cash collections * Oversee all fixed assets * Perform other related duties as needed
