Description We are on the hunt for a meticulous Assistant Controller to become a part of our team. Based in Lansing, Michigan, the Assistant Controller will be instrumental in overseeing our accounting functions, utilizing Accounting Software Systems, and ADP - Financial Services. Responsibilities: • Efficiently managing and processing all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable • Conducting thorough auditing processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance • Overseeing the use of Accounting Software Systems to streamline financial operations • Utilizing ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management • Ensuring accurate monthly account reconciliations are conducted • Overseeing billing functions to ensure all finances are accounted for • Conducting month-end close procedures in a timely and accurate manner • Using Concur and Crystal Reports to enhance financial reporting and tracking • Ensuring compliance with DCAA regulations in all financial functions.
