Responsibilities: • Create and manage GAAP Accounting Policies • Oversee Audit and Regulatory Compliance • Manage the month-end close • Oversee Financial Reporting and analysis • Supervise tax filings • Handle complex accounting questions and technical accounting • Ad-Hoc Projects as they come up company-wide • Handle Intercompany Transactions Requirements • CPA Strongly Preferred • General tax knowledge • GAAP Expert • Intercompany Accounting Experience • Prior Leadership experience • US GAAP knowledge is mandatory.
