Description We are on the lookout for a meticulous Assistant Controller with a CPA to become a part of our team. The Assistant Controller will be entrusted with the administration of several facets of the financial/accounting sector. This role is based in Fort Worth, Texas, 76107, United States. Responsibilities • Oversee the preparation and reporting of financial statements • Administer all accounting activities to ensure efficiency • Supervise and manage the operations of accounts payable • Formulate and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls • Carry out analytical tasks to identify and rectify discrepancies • Enhance software systems for better financial management • Ensure adherence to purchasing contracts • Oversee the management of accounts receivable • Execute auditing practices to maintain financial transparency • Conduct month-end close procedures to ensure accurate financial records. Resume via LinkedIn - Hemant Dahya Requirements • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role such as Assistant Controller. • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes. • Demonstrable experience in auditing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. • Ability to prepare accurate and timely financial statements. • Extensive knowledge and experience in managing General Ledger. • Experience in Month End Close procedures, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
