Description As the Assistant Controller, you will report to the CFO in a multi-faceted company. You’ll provide hands on controller duties with a mix of Accounting and FP& A work. • Prepare financial reporting and analysis and provide FP& A support to various stakeholders • Manage the day-to-day accounting for the organization with a finance team of 6 people. • Assist with systems implementation • Review payroll, including the cash summary • Oversee revenue, process improvement, and long-term projects (like researching and implementing an expense software solution such as “Expensify” or “SAP Concur”) • Take charge of all journal entries related to GL, bank transactions, accrued expenses, payroll, and more • Manager the General Ledger (GL) transactions, including cash, and fixed assets Requirements The ideal candidate will have 3PL.
