This position will be based in Dammam Second Indistrial area.

 

Responsibilities Credit control of designated ledger of customers in line with Element collections policyCalling Customers for payment of overdue invoicesSupplying copy invoices and account statements and logging of reported customer disputesWeekly conference calls with the business to highlight late paying accounts with defined actions and timelines agreed to resolve disputesMatching of unallocated cash and contact to customers to acquire remittance advicesEscalation of late paying accounts to the Credit Control Manager and to the businessStop and off stop management on designated ledger of Customer accountsSupport to the Team and to the Credit Control ManagerSupport continuous improvements in cash collection and DSO performance Skills / Qualifications Finance or accounting qualification is advantageous but not essentialRelevant credit control/collections experienceExperience of working in a similar positionCredit Control experienceCustomer service experienceGood working knowledge of VATGood knowledge of accounting and accounts systems requiredExperience of delivering collections to targetTeamwork and effective communicationSelf-starter; can work independently, proactively and on own initiativeAbility to prioritise and manage a number of projects and/or work streams simultaneouslySelf-confident in their own ability and in their accounting/credit control knowledge
