Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and oversee coaching, training, and conditioning of the cross country and distance event areas.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree by date of employment from an accredited institution. At least one year of collegiate coaching experience.

Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree. At least two years of collegiate coaching experience in cross country and distance events.

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
