Assistant Customer Manager: Retail

THE JOB AT A GLANCE

 

You will work closely with the Channel Manager to implement Customer strategy and activity plans for retail customers, thereby growing Tiger brands in line with set objectives. This will include analysing customer performance, identifying growth opportunities, assisting in the achievement of volume and profitability targets with the customer account on a and to ensure implementation of the agreed Activity Plan / Promotional Grid.

Experience

2-3 years’ experience a data or analytics driven roleExperience in Business Planning Process, Customer Needs and Objectives, Trade structure, Distribution Strategy


Essential skills and qualifications

3- or 4-year diploma/degree in Business Management or similarAchieving your customer sales numberImplementing category strategy within these channelsIncrease distribution across these customers
