POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Dean (AD) of Admissions serves as a key member of the St. Joseph’s College of Nursing’s (SJCON’s) leadership team. The AD will lead the transformation of our enrollment management approach, building on our successful foundation in recruiting through local schools and events and adding modern digital and data-driven strategies. The AD will provide strategic guidance on program development, marketing, and other initiatives core to our mission. This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging leader to build a modern enrollment management operation while contributing to the College's broader strategic direction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve on SJCON’s leadership team, providing guidance on institutional initiatives and program developmentDevelop and execute a comprehensive enrollment strategy across all program pathways including traditional weekday, Evening/Weekend (E/WE), Dual Degree Partnership in Nursing (DDPN), and Accelerated Dual Degree (ADDPN)Lead the implementation of new enrollment technologies, with a specific focus on CRM development and centralized application servicesWork closely with marketing to ensure consistent and effect messaging to generate quality leadsCreate data-driven recruitment and yield strategies with particular focus on expanding diversity in nursingDevelop and track key performance indicators aligned with institutional growth targetsBuild on strong existing partnerships with local schools, healthcare organizations, and community groupsDevelop and lead effective strategies for recruiting students underrepresented in nursingAnalyze enrollment trends and outcomes to inform decisionsCollaborate with faculty, staff, and partner institutions to achieve enrollment goalsOversee admissions operations from inquiry through enrollmentREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree required3-5 years of progressive experience in admissions or a closely related field is required, with a preference for experience in nursing or health professions educationDemonstrated experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or comparable tools for managing data collection, analysis, and reporting in recruitment or a related field is required.Demonstrated excellence in relationship building and communicationMISSION STATEMENT:

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS: Clinical, classroom and office settings. Hazards include exposure to communicable diseases and risk of physical injury. Exposure Class I.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Moderate physical activity. Must be able to stand, walk, sit, lift and move recruiting material from office to car to venue. Manual dexterity sufficient to manipulate equipment including computers. Visual/auditory acuity adequate to perform to interact with potential students, parents, academic advisors, guidance counselors, and others.

Pay Range: $31.00- $43.50
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
