We boldly go. **Job Summary:** + He/she should have experience in BMS & IBMS project sales in the industry. + Strong in technical & a team player. + Should have worked with the local consultants and aware of the BMS/IBMS market, + Savvy on latest trends in the BMS industry, handle tenders (Major Private), + willing to learn new tools and work under stringent MIS systems. + Preferably having experience of handling Project Sales + Should have experience in working with HVAC Consultants, HVAC Contractors, Builders, developers, Hospitality Partners, Healthcare + Ready to Travel + Responsible for Order Booking & Revenue for the Year & on month-on-month basis + Responsible for Generating Lead to Order Closure + Good experience in the Assigned Market **Products** : BMS, Fire Alarm System, Security products (CCTV Cameras, Access Control systems etc) **Qualifications:** + Experience: 5+ Years + Must have a proven track record of developing and closing net new business. + Must have strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience pricing systems for customers. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products + Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related discipline + Region Handling – Telangana.
