Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Leadership Hiring Tech Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical leadership talent to drive our organization forward. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to understand our business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to meet those needs.ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers and executives to understand staffing needs and develop hiring plans for technical leadership positions.Source, identify, and attract passive and active candidates through various channels, including networking, social media, job boards, and referrals.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current leadership positions.Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating compensation, and facilitating smooth onboarding.Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting activity, pipeline status, and hiring metrics to stakeholders.Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to continually improve recruiting strategies and processes.Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.6years+ experience into Tech Recruitment & 3+ years into Leadership Hiring. Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a focus on hiring leadership roles in the technology industry.Deep understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications, particularly in software engineering, product management, and data science.Strong sourcing skills and experience using a variety of recruiting tools and platforms.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.Certification in recruiting or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and developments.
