Toll Brothers, America's Leading Builder of Luxury Homes, seeks an Assistant Design Studio Manager to assist in the management of our Design Studio in Houston, Texas.
The Assistant Design Studio Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of the Design Studio and leadership of the Design Studio team, ensuring the execution of both the Toll values and providing a luxury Design Studio experience. This role will assist in the management of all aspects of operations, including product and option development, contract documentation and administration, and their integration into existing operations.
The Assistant Design Studio Manager will work closely with the Design Studio Manager, other Design Studio staff members, the Production and Quality team, the Community Design and Start-Up team, and the Sales and Customer Experience team to allow for the efficient administration of the color selection and option process, while also building customer relations.
This is an excellent opportunity to help oversee design studio operations and builder-option programs for one of the nation's most respected Fortune 500 companies!
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a background which demonstrates an understanding of all operational dynamics of the home building process, with an emphasis on project or purchasing management. Excellent communication and computer skills are required. A college degree is preferred.
