Job Summary:
Join our dynamic and dedicated team as the Assistant Director of Adult Community Services, where you will provide oversight for community-based services including the Community Psychiatric Rehabilitation program, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, DM3700, CMHT & OSMI Programs, and services for forensic clients. In this role, you will engage in data collection, program evaluation, monitor key performance indicators, and assist in clinical development and planning. You will also collaborate interdepartmentally on projects as assigned or deemed necessary by the department, making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve.

Supervise the community-based teams and oversee productivity expectations while monitoring program requirements and chart deficiencies.Provide ongoing training and coaching to team supervisors through a trauma-informed lens.Present educational material within your expertise to enhance community understanding of mental health.Carry a limited caseload as needed to provide individual, group, and family therapy.Ensure compliance with all Quality Assurance procedures and cooperate with utilization review processes.Participate in staff development activities, identify training needs, create content, and implement ongoing training.Engage in emergency services to provide rapid aid in cases of emotional crisis.Participate in client staffing to identify problems and establish treatment goals and objectives.Assist with data collection, program evaluation, and service contract maintenance.Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Current Missouri license (Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, PLCSW, or PLPC) preferred.Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field preferred.Extensive knowledge of crisis intervention, communication skills, and family system methods.Proven ability in adult treatment planning, assessment, and establishing effective relationships.Additional Qualifications:
Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.Completion of New Hire Orientation and ongoing training requirements including Relias.Physical Requirements:
