Our IS&T Educational Technology Platform Administration team is looking for an Assistant Director who will be responsible for leading and managing the team of platform administrators in the support of Learning Management Systems, Assessment Systems, Instructional Video Services, and Grading Support Tools. The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, a self-starter with a strong work ethic, and excels at fostering collaboration.

 

Position responsibility:

Direct a team of Platform Administrators supporting a range of services. Plan and coordinate skill and product-based training initiatives for the team. Resolve medium to high complexity issues across multiple technical areas and business segments. Oversee the service management of the Ed Tech solutions and the promotion of best practices for the services. Maintain system platform and product functional knowledge. Vendor relationship development and management. Partner with key stakeholders to address their needs, set priorities, and communicate initiatives.
