Corcoran Center for Real Estate and Urban Action at Boston College seeks a highly organized and motivated Assistant Director, Programs to support its mission of educating and inspiring the next generation of professionals. This is a student-facing and external partnership-facing role. The Assistant Director will be responsible for supporting and growing various student programs, including the Case Competition and the Urban Action Lab, and mobilizing and coordinating alumni engagements on campus. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional, a great communicator, and passionate about real estate education and urban action. They will support the Corcoran Center's mission to advance the common good by educating and preparing the next generation of real estate, community, and economic development professionals. Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $63,800 to $79,750; salary commensurate with relevant experience. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree + > 3 years of relevant experience in program coordination in an academic or professional setting. Commitment to the missions of the Corcoran Center, Carroll School of Management, and Boston College Demonstrated success in marketing and communications Strong technical skills and the ability to work and collaborate seamlessly both virtually and in person are required.
