Provides educational and administrative leadership for co- and extracurricular student initiatives and programs for the Office of Student Leadership & Engagement. Advises the Undergraduate Student Council, plans and executes New Student Orientation, and serves as a liaison for student needs with other departments at both the School and University levels. The position also works with both undergraduate and graduate student groups and participates in large-scale event planning under the umbrella of Student Life & Services.

Required Experience:
5+ years in student affairs or higher education
Preferred Experience:
Preference given to those with prior experience working with and advising STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) students.

Demonstrated skills in leadership, program planning, communication, working with students and student organizations, and have a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge in leadership development education Experience in student engagement platforms, specifically Engage (Campus Labs/Anthology)
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $85,348.00.
