This role plays a critical part in fostering a sense of community and loyalty Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field and three plus years relevant professional experience; or any equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Education and Experience: Preferred Education and Experience + Bachelor’s degree + 4 years of experience in student experience, project management, event planning, or a related field. + Ability to analyze data and generate insights to help devise strategies to enhance student experience. + Data analysis skills and proficiency with excel and CRM systems + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. + Experience with event planning and volunteer management. + Ability to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.
