Assistant Director – Intensive Community Supports
$68K-$72K annually
The Edinburg Center is seeking an Assistant Director for our Intensive Community Supports (ICS) program, which is an innovative community-based hospital diversion/step-down program that assists persons with mental health conditions who are endeavoring to achieve stability in the community.
What You Will Do:
Primary responsibilities include assisting in the management of the daily clinical and administrative operations of both the outreach team and 24-hour respite component. Other responsibilities include clinical assessment, treatment planning, implementation and documentation, outreach, skills training, supportive counseling, case coordination, community linkage, and transportation. Some after hours on-call responsibility.
Who you Are:
Master’s degree in relevant clinical field and Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, etc.) required. Minimum of three years clinical experience in the field required. Supervisory and/or management experience preferred. Basic computer skills required. First Aid, CPR and MAP certification within three months of hire required (agency provides training). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
