Primary Responsibilities Establishes the strategic plan, goals, and objectives. Assists the associate director and other managerial staff by directing program activities of staff in the area of Parking & Transportation within the department. Develops and implements techniques for evaluating program activities. Oversees and approves schedules, priorities, and standards for achieving goals. Develops, implements, and evaluates policies and procedures, ensuring compliance. Identifies areas of needed change and makes recommendations to improve operations. Directs and evaluates business functions. Develops and reviews budget expenditures. Oversees the preparation of management, productivity, and financial reports and studies.
