The Office of Admissions is seeking a higher education professional with experience in event planning, coordinating campus tours, community engagement, and customer service to fill our vacant Assistant Director of Admissions (Visitor Center) position. The Assistant Director of Admissions for the Visitor Center provides support and planning for UT Dallas’ Office of Admissions, specifically related to the University’s Visitor Center operations and events. Primary responsibilities include development and implementation of the undergraduate campus tour experience and prospective student events, as well as prospective student support. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in college admissions, student advising, student recruitment, or related field. Preferred Education and Experience: + Bachelor’s degree and five years of related, progressive work experience. + Experience overseeing, managing, or coordinating visitor center services and events for prospective students, high school counselors, college advisors, and other educational partners. + Proficiency in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Salesforce CRM , or comparable software platforms.
