Promise is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing affordable and accessible high-quality health care services to the medically underserved of greater Champaign County. Promise Healthcare has a community health center in Champaign, Illinois and clinics on Bloomington Road and Neil Street in Champaign and school-based clinics in Urbana and Rantoul.\n

Minimum Qualifications:\n\nSuperior verbal and written communication skills.\nAt least 5 years of clinical work with 3 years of managerial\/supervisory experience preferably in an FQHC.\nPrevious experience with Federal & State grants and financial management strongly preferred.\nExperience working with substance use disorders is required.\nTravel between clinics required.\nComputer skills & proficiency with Microsoft Office are required.\nExperience working with Electronic Health Records systems (NextGen) helpful.\n\n

Physical setting: This position is eligible for hybrid (remote\/onsite) and telecommute as defined by hiring manager.\n

Hours\/Schedule: This is a working position, up to 30 hours per week.\n

COVID-19\/Flu considerations: Must be COVID and Flu Vaccinated, willing to become vaccinated, or willing to wear a mask if on-site during Upper Respiratory Season (approximately Oct. 1st through Mar 1st).\n

Education\/License\/Certification: Professional degree and credential (e.g. MSW\/LCSW, PsyD, PhD, LPC, etc.) required; and current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice the profession.\n

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred\n
