Assistant Director of Digital Marketing
Job Description One of our largest public institutions of higher education clients in New Jersey is seeking an Associate Director of Digital Marketing. They will be responsible for providing strategic planning and tactical execution to increase enrollments in and awareness of continuing education programs and services. They will be planning and implementing marketing campaigns for revenue-generating lifelong learning programs: Managing websites, portals and pages that promote enrollment. Success in this role looks like being able to prove you have generated revenue within the first 6 months in the role. They should be confident in developing dashboards and recognizing KPIs. Their program will be focused on social media marketing and analytics to gauge the success and cost-effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and activities. This person should be able to have an understanding of UX Design as they will be involved in the build-out of new websites across the university (the website is hosted in Drupal). Skills and Requirements -7 years of experience in marketing and/or enrollment management, multi-media content generation and marketing and use of marketing analytics tools -Needs experience with enrollment management, but doesn't have to come from an education background -Be able to demonstrate that they have created a marketing campaign with the goal of enrollment marketing/enrollment management - Proven experience increasing revenue via marketing strategies -Expertise in creating, editing, and deploying multi-media marketing projects -Strong understanding of UX Design -5+ years of proven hands on experience creating and executing a digital marketing strategy and apart of the decision making process -Has generated leads and proven revenue results -Proven leaderships skills and good communication/personality -Digital Marketing Certifications Examples: HubSpot or Google Ad Certifications -Experience with utilizing platforms such as: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, etc. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
