What You’ll Be Doing: + Establish and review work standards and procedures for staff to ensure alignment with our policies, guaranteeing top-notch dining services at North Broward Prep School. + Oversee safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs, building strong relationships with clients, students, and staff. + Be the driving force behind delivering a cost-effective and efficient dining experience that exceeds customer expectations. + Support the development of all team members, helping them grow and succeed in their roles. + Coordinate with the supervisory and management team to streamline tasks and ensure smooth operations. + Take on additional tasks as needed to support the success of the department. What We’re Looking For: + Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. + 5-7 years in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership in dining services or food management. + Experience working in an educational setting highly desired + Strong leadership with a commitment to quality and customer service. + Excellent organizational, stress management, and communication skills. + Proficient in Windows-based office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
