This role is to assist the DOE in all aspects of hotel and building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire and safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, painting and decorating, and to respond to requests and issues in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to Four Seasons policies. The Assistant Director of Engineering will among other tasks, be responsible for supervising a team of technicians in the department;Responsible for ensuring that maintenance and FM standards across the private properties. He/She will also be responsible for hard and soft FM services including associated works;To deliver strategic, added value Engineering interventions to the business;To ensure that the property and assets are maintained in the highest order through the implementation of engineering management system and the appointment of suitable competent personnel;
