Assist in the budget process for both operating and capital plans. + Ensure that requests for the purchase of assets and services are made and in accordance with Erickson Senior Living Communities Purchasing policies, procedures, and processes. + Ensure all the required training by managers is completed and documented. **What you will need** + Minimum of 5 years of business experience in General Services / Facilities Operations required. + Ability to initiate and implement necessary plans to assure proper maintenance of facilities + Experience with CMMS is preferred. + Valid driver’s license and Record of Road Test (provided by Transportation) is required if operating Community vehicles and must adhere to policies and procedures of Erickson Senior Living Management. + Minimum 10 Hour OSHA training required within 1 year of hire.
