Provide onsite leadership and direction for the day-to-day facility services operations including the selection, direction and training of associates on multiple shifts. The primary focus is to meet and exceed client expectations, and to achieve all corporate goals and objectives.

Supported through the Regional Vice President, Regional Operations Manager, Site Director and the Corporate Office in St. Louis Missouri.
Coordinate and provide assistance for building emergencies (such as fire/flood clean-up, snow/ice removal, etc.), during and after working hours.
Maintain proper inventory levels to support required Maintenance and project work
Thoroughly inspect buildings and work being performed. Ensure quality and cost effectiveness is maintained
Use the QA Program as a tool for remedial training for assigned employees
Ensure employees are following safe work procedures
Responsible for organizing, scheduling, assigning and performing daily work routines.
Must be able to plan and perform major maintenance operations, supervising and following up on assigned work projects, and coordinate major work projects with the Site Director
Schedule weekend work as needed
Must be able to plan and perform facility services, supervising and following up on assigned work projects, and coordinate major work projects with the manager and or assistant manager
Responsible for training new team members
Prepare and maintain Employee Hire Packets, complete and submit Termination Packets, maintain Workers Compensation reports and files, maintain and track Work Order Requests.
Tabulate payroll hours and submit payroll to corporate office. Prepare the next pay-periods timecards.
Coordinate with Custodial and Grounds in achieving the goals of the Universities master plan.
Reconcile paychecks with payroll submitted in order to ensure all paychecks have been received. Notify the Manager in the event any checks are missing.
Maintain a reminder file for 90 day raises, insurance notifications, and vacation eligibility.
Monitors all responsibilities of custodial Supervisor(s).
Supervisory Responsibility
Responsible for assigning, checking, and delegating work for employees involved in development areas.
Evaluate and quality control check all work performed by staff to ensure consistent quality.
Has responsibility for hiring, discipline, recognition, evaluating performance, recommending changes in position or employment status and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Education: Bachelors degree preferred
Certifications: HVAC and other Facility Services Certifications preferred
Experience: 3-5 years experience managing and supervising facility services
Skills: Facility Services knowledge, computer literacy, mechanical knowledge, good oral and written communication skills, and good mathematical competency.
