As the Assistant Director of Finance, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Finance in managing the financial operations of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include implementing a comprehensive business plan that aligns with our strategic goals and revenue management strategies, ensuring accurate accounting practices, and compliance with all financial regulations.

 

Assist the Director of Finance in overseeing all financial operations of the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Implement and maintain robust accounting procedures to ensure compliance with tax requirements, permits, and licenses. Communicate financial concepts clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders to promote understanding and informed decision-making. Utilize financial software and technology to generate reports that provide actionable insights for management.
