The primary responsibilities for Assistant Director of Food and Beverage are to ensure our guests receive the highest level of food quality and service, manage and develop a team, devise and monitor an annual budget, manage labor control and operating expenses and develop relationships with key suppliers and industry associates.

Organizes the division in accordance with company philosophy and policies, maximizing efficiency and productivity and achieving established goals.Shows care and genuine enthusiasm when dealing with guests and internal customers; lives the Golden RuleDemonstrates standards awareness, by setting example for standards execution, standards testing, and implementing action plans to achieve established product and service goals Prepares annual plans and forecasts, consistently monitors and manages budgetary goalsWorks closely with all related departments to ensure continuous and proper support to run a smooth operation.Interacts with guests, providing full knowledge and assistance for maximum guest usage in a friendly but unobtrusive manner.Actively plans and manages the career development of every employee through effective coaching, training, and by instilling company valuesProvide regular and fair performance feedback to employees, formally and informally as appropriateActively get involved in the operation, ensuring that all the standards are met and executed. To support outlets during peak hours and ensure maximum guest satisfaction.Constantly work with department heads, chefs to continuously improve the products for maximum guest satisfaction.What you bring
Applicants are highly recommended to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management. Hospitality Management Degree qualification is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience. Exceptional communication skills and command of English language Ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage operational systems. Some travel may be required.
