In this role, you will report to the Director of Housekeeping and oversee 7 housekeeping managers and 200 hourly team members\. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of three years hotel management experience, ideally in housekeeping and at a property of comparable size\! It would be considered an asset for this position to have previous union leadership experience, luxury brand experience or Hilton brand experience\.
_The annual salary for this role starts at $75,000 is based on applicable and specialized experience and location\._

**What will I be doing?**
As the Assistant Director of Housekeeping, you would be responsible for assisting with the direction of Housekeeping operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability\. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Assists and acts in the absence of the Director of Housekeeping/Executive Housekeeper in overseeing and ensuring overall cleanliness and product quality of the hotel in accordance with hotel, corporate and Department of Health standards\.
+ Plans, distributes, delegates and directs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual work assignments\.
+ Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff\.
+ Assists in the management of all financial aspects of the operation including forecasting, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control\.\#LI\-GL1
