Whether for independent living, assisted living, memory care, or skilled rehabilitation, Edgewater provides a supportive community where every resident can live life their way. **A Typical Day for a Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with Edgewater:** + Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) for overall nursing leadership within our 40-bed Health Center. + Evaluate the quality of resident care, monitor compliance with current laws, process improvements and assist in implementing best practices. + Orienting, training and supervision of team members. + Assist in resident evaluations, and serve as a liaison for team member shift transitions. + Participate in surveys and inspections by various government agencies and more! **Current Opening:** **Full-Time** : **Monday - Friday,** 8am-5pm with flexible hours, Rotating On-Call schedule throughout the month, including every 3rd weekend **Compensation:** The starting pay for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 / yr.
