Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the Director of Nursing and ensuring the highest standards of resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing with daily operational responsibilities. Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain exceptional quality of resident care. Foster effective communication among nursing staff. Help develop and implement individualized care plans and maintain accurate medical records. Participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and orientation of new staff. Maintain flexibility in your work schedule to address the unpredictable needs of the facility.

Qualifications:

Current New York State RN license. Experience in Long-Term Care settings. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team supervision.
